Donations to fund the construction costs are vital. If you would like to support this effort you can:
- Make a tax-deductible donation to LUC Outreach Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization. 100% of your donation is applied directly to the project as all administrative costs and time are being donated. If your employer provides matching funds, contact us for the information necessary to request them. Otherwise simply send your check to:

Leslie Mackie, founder of Macrina and four-time nominee for a James Beard Award as the country's best pastry chef, is celebrating by hosting this benefit dinner which showcases favorite dishes from the last 15 years!

Assorted crostini & sliced Salumi artisan cured meats
Semolina gnocchi with stewed fresh tomato, garden herbs & cream
Chicken breast with sage, fontina & lemon butter sauce

Herbed beef Tenderloin with arugula and lemon oil
Organic greens with spicy nuts, poached seasonal fruit & artisan cheese
Trilogy of Macrina favorite desserts: lemon tart, white chocolate banana tartlette & bittersweet gateau
Wine provided by Noble Wines, paired to complement the menu
